American Pasta

This spot was super cool AND delicious! Luckily, on this Saturday it wasn’t too busy. There’s a self serve kiosk at the front where you can pay and order. The you can create your own pasta like I did. I did fettuccine pasta with garlic and oil and broccoli and sun dried tomatoes and sausage. my fiancé got chicken fettuccine and loved it! The owner was there and seems great! Service A+ and dinner!

This is one of the most unassuming restaurants that I think I've been to. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and decided to go out for dinner. We chose this place because of the rating and we were in the mood for Italian. Everything tastes so fresh and homemade. Don't pass this place without giving it a try. If we find ourselves in Roswell again, we are definitely visiting!

The place is, fortunately, right outside of very busy Canton Street in Roswell. It's create your own pasta place with variety of sauces and toppings to choose from. They also have a limited selection of pizza as well. I like coming here because their prices are reasonable/affordable, and unlike most Italian restaurants, they do not overwhelm their pasta with salt. The staff is quite friendly and very helpful on numerous occasions when I needed help with my orders.

Had a great experience at APF! I have been looking for a local Italian spot with a great vibe. The owners came and met us at our table and are great people. We had a pizza and a pasta which was made right in front of us. Food was excellent and the pasta is made from scratch on site. Would definitely recommend and will be back! João was the best!

The customer service was great, but the food was even better. Everyone (family of 7) enjoyed what they ordered. My brother even went back the next day for another pizza 😋
