American Deli

I’ve ordered from this restaurant twice, and both times I became very ill afterward. The first time, I wasn’t sure if it was the food, but now I’m certain. It had an off smell, appeared stale, and I was sick the next day. I can’t recommend eating here based on my experience. *ordered via uber eats

Heads up to customers who order from this American Deli: this location allows delivery drivers to prepare customer drinks instead of having staff handle and properly seal them. Drinks are supposed to be sealed before pickup, but that isn’t happening here. Additionally, the customer service is noticeably lacking — the staff and cashiers are consistently rude and unprofessional.

Every time the 8 pcs shrimp it’s fried hard not crispy. The cocktail sauce tastes like astringent, sprite -flat, and the wings are subpar... crispy doesn’t meant fry all the meat out of the wings 😒SMH just consistently not that great.

Staff is lazy and unprofessional. I called over the phone to order the lady said that we had to come in and place an order which was fine. However, I arrive at 9:00 she said that they were only doing wings and fries. I feel like she should’ve communicated that over the phone and then had an attitude. Not to mention the store didn’t close until 10pm I feel like they just already cleaned the grill and wanted to close early but customer service is everything to me and I won’t be back.

Employees know me by name as soon as i walk in. I often have odd requests and they always accommodate me. (i like my burger plain with toppings on the side). The girls (and guys) are always really nice. When they are busy… they all seem to have less time to talk but are still always very polite. my favorite American Deli on the East side
