American Deli

My French fries was burned and they double dip them, I called spoke with a manager and explained to him these fries was uneatable he said there was nothing he could do about it. I have had 2 bad experiences with American deli in Ozark Alabama. He said it’s no refundable. The burger was good, all I asked for him to remake the fries. This was horrible and the manager on duty at 12:27 am December 19, 2025 was rude and had a very nasty attitude. I advise people to check their food before leaving this locations. I would love to speak with cooperate the owner of the building.

The wings tasted pretty good but we're super small. I like smaller winger personally but alot of them were smaller than my pinky. The cheesesteak also tasted like it was cooked on a flat top that needed a scrub. Also wanted some sweet tea and the tea was bad. Overall, it was meh, pricy for what it was.

I haven't had American Deli in a few years, so my husband and I decided to try it out again! Honestly, nothing wrong with previous experiences by any means, we just forget it's there! Our food was hot and fresh. Love the wings! The wait was under 10 minutes for our order and they let us know ahead of time. (We did go pretty late at night.) The workers are so nice! Also, if you never had AD before, they open the boxes in front of you before they bag your food, just to make sure your order is right. We'll have to start coming here again more often! Sharing the menu with my review because the ones on Google are really old and outdated.

My first time eating at this particular one. My food was lukewarm and my lemon pepper wings(wet), didn't taste to good. I have made visits to other American Deli's and the food was fresh, hot and delicious. I will not stop at this location again. They were friendly and I did have to park which I didn't mind because the food is basically cook to order but this establishment didn't meet my taste buds unlike the one in Eufaula, And other locations. I don't like doing bad reviews but this is just my opinion from the day I visited ..

Not sure why this particular restaurant differs from the one on in Dothan, but it does. The tables were clean but the floor had some garbage on it. The guy running the register could have cared less about anything other than keeping his back away from the customer area. I guess if you don’t see it it’s not there. At the Dothan location you have the option to get the seasoning on the fries. I always pass because I like to have some control of my salt intake. At Ozark they shake a few inches on the fries before they come out to the front counter. I thought the food was subpar compared to Dothan. My family and I ate at the Dothan location at least 5 times a month. This is definitely my first and last time going to the American Deli in Ozark.
