Amazing Customer Service! If I could give 10 stars I would. ANGIE is Completely Amazing! She answered my questions with professionalism, confidence and a pleasant attitude and voice. She is knowledgeable about the company. Attentive to handling my concerns and questions and an all around fantastic attitude. I make calls all day and it is refreshing to contact a company as large as American Chemical Systems and be greeted by Angie. She is top notch and even though I have not done business with them yet. I sure hope that in 26 I can become a trusted partner just so I can speak with her. She put a smile on my face and my day a little brighter! Thanks American Chemical for having such a competent friendly employee.

Terrible customer service. Been a customer there for 10+ years and told us when we changed to their company that the price is not going to change and is tax free. They’ve increased the price 3 years ago and we didn’t say anything and now they wanted to charge me sales tax without me knowing. I called them to ask about it and Jake their manager told me that they “should’ve charged you” and his tone is very joking like and sarcastic. Terrible customer service, would not recommend.

Cole with American Chemical Systems is a godsend! He services my dishwasher at Grape Creek Vineyards and we have a ton of glasses. Occasionally something is off with the dishwasher and he rushed to the rescue. He is always able to fit me in to his schedule even if it's before, after or off hours. I'm so appreciative and highly recommend this company to anyone who uses a commercial dishwasher with chemicals and definitely ask for Cole if you're in Central TX.
