Amboy Bagel

The bagels here are very good. The people behind the counter could be nicer but they are fine. I have been here several times and I have to ask for napkins or fork and knife if I get a platter.

Very nice mom and pop place! Super cute and there were a lot of options. We ordered the garlic bagel with a garlic and herb cream cheese toasted and it was delicious! We also ordered the bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel which was also delicious!

Best soft Bagels in Edison. I travel to meet clients in NJ but this bagel shop has the best bagel. Not heavy but light. Tasty and crunchy when toasted. Try it once, and you'll agree. Great Owner family and staff. Old school good food.

After moving to New Jersey from New York City, my husband and I were worried if we were ever going to find a really good bagel spot. As we were driving around one day, we fell upon Amboy bagel! My husband’s favorite is the Amboy Dutch, he consistently gets it on a garlic or onion bagel. It’s super yummy if potatoes are your thing! I love all of their bagels, but especially their garlic, egg, and cinnamon raisin bagel! They have some of the best scallion and bacon cream cheese as well. Super great spot, strongly recommend.

Bagels were decent, not my favorite. More roll like than bagel like meaning they didn’t have a chew or taste of a traditional bagel. Not bad, but not my favorite either.
