AMBAR was excellent. I’m a big fan of restaurants that do things differently—places that introduce you to dishes or flavor combinations you’d never think to make at home, yet somehow they just work. AMBAR is exactly that kind of restaurant, and it’s genuinely inspiring from a cooking perspective. The all-you-can-eat tapas concept was fantastic. Portion sizes were perfect for tasting a little bit of everything, and each dish felt thoughtfully crafted with unique, bold flavors. You can really tell that a lot of care and intention goes into the food here. This is a place I go to often, usually just with my girlfriend, and it’s always been an incredible experience😮‍💨 Great food, great energy, and consistently solid service. This last time was different because we came with a big group to celebrate a birthday, and it somehow exceeded expectations. The food was just as amazing as always (the lamb lasagna is a must), and the service really stood out. Pablo was OUTSTANDINGGGGG, so attentive, friendly, and incredibly organized, especially with a large group. He made sure everything ran smoothly and made the celebration feel effortless. The food and service were quality, nice Balkan and American fare for brunch. TASTY food! The ONLY drawback was the noise factor. You could hardly hear people who sat right next to you. That Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Ambar Shaw was time well spent, though!

This place is absolutely delicious. My favorite was the cheese pie, and the sausage. The bread is amazing and fresh and hot. The ambience is super cute with lots of happy eaters. Honestly, our server could not have been more adorable. Way to go, Rosa we love you.

I can't give AMBAR enough praise! We were both in town for a short while all the way from the midwest and AMBAR continues to be one of the biggest highlights of the entire trip! It goes without saying that a high rating would come with comments about the good food or drinks but this experience was unlike any other I've had but they knocked it out of the park!
