Amazon Flex – No Accountability, No Transparency This is the third or fourth time Amazon Flex has penalized me for a “delivery issue” that was either unclear or not actually my fault — yet my standing was still downgraded. Support provides contradictory, templated responses and refuses to explain what specifically went wrong. There is no real appeals process, no transparency, and no human accountability. Decisions appear to be automated and irreversible, regardless of delivery history. As a driver, you can do everything right and still be punished with no recourse. I’ve deleted the Flex app and will no longer support Amazon. I strongly caution anyone considering Flex to understand how easily your income and standing can be damaged without explanation.
