Amazing Grace

Every time we return to Amazing Grace, it feels a little more like coming home. We arrived early Friday morning, 9:00am, and were greeted not with rules or rush, but with warm smiles, fresh coffee, and genuine hospitality. That’s the kind of place this is. The food has always been a standout, but this time they raised the bar again. In addition to the hosts’ incredible home-cooked meals, they brought in outside caterers for BBQ brisket and pulled pork that could rival any smokehouse in Texas. Everything was spot-on, from the flavor to the presentation. Friday night turned into something magical. They’d arranged for a local singer-songwriter to perform, and as the evening unfolded, the proprietor’s wife and even the caterers joined in for a few songs. There was laughter, a little dancing,

Great little B&B. An absolutely fantastic weekend. The food and hospitality were both amazing. They have put in a pool and a new bar since we were there last. Really nice upgrades. I’d love to see them put in a hot tub and maybe a pergola over part of the pool in the future. The proprietors are a mixed bag. The wife is absolutely lovely, and a delight. The husband can be fun and funny, but also is a bit cranky at times and kept asking us when we were leaving. We’ll definitely be back.

Our visit to Amazing Grave felt like discovering a secret shangri-la but with better food. The staff? A+ They greeted my wife like a long-lost cousin…and me, like an unkempt hobo that might steal something. The ambiance? Warm and cozy with lots of laughs and merriment…and concerning looks from the youngsters as the middle-aged folks got straight up turnt. The food was amazing, smoked pork butts, all kinda of sides, and amazing desserts…I stuffed myself so much that even Joey Chestnut would be impressed. The highlight was BarNole, a cozy little booze shack small enough to call intimate, but big enough for bad decisions. Fun time, can’t wait to visit again!

Most phenomenal stay I have ever had. I will be back. Hosts were fantastic and made it feel like an authentic experience. Wish I could give it 10 stars
