From the first phone call, she was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. When we met, she walked us through everything with care and clarity. She had cupcakes ready in our chosen flavor, red velvet, and had even decorated the table in our wedding colors. It was such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us.
