I'm so glad I came across John and his team at ASC. I was in search of a commercial convection oven for my cake studio but had very specific requirements and not a huge budget. Despite all of that, John toured me through the models they had available in their warehouse and helped me pick the perfect one to meet my needs (it also happened to be my dream model). He was knowledgeable, honest with what he thought would work best and what wouldn't, and very communicative. He even had his electrical team add in a different heating element to match the electrical needs of my space. The oven was in beautiful condition after being detailed by his team, who also delivered and set it up for me. John also took extra time to help me with information about venting it properly after the health department

I stop by regularly to add new things to the kitchen. They usually have everything you need for either home or restaurant. Oh yes, and the prices are good too!

Driver review. We had a delivery at 8am and were in and out. Everyone was friendly and kind.
