While I’m definitely not Italian, I could immediately tell there was a clear difference in the flavor profile compared to the unauthentic, mass produced gelato I’ve had in the past. The flavors are cleaner, more balanced, and not overly sweet, with a richness that tastes intentional rather than artificial. It feels closer to real food than dessert engineered for sugar shock. You can tell this is authentic Italian gelato made with care, not a frozen imitation trying to pass itself off as the real thing.

This isn't your basic, ice cream cake from the grocery store and you can tell a ton of work goes into them. It’s a more high-end dessert if you have a birthday or an event coming up.

Best gelato I have ever had. Every flavor is awesome. I love adding a scoop to an espresso for affogato. It’s literally like Heaven in a cup!
