Alpaca Chicken

Overall: A- Food: A+ If you haven’t had a Peruvian chicken experience; you need to check it out. They are well seasoned and the star of the show. You can choose to get a quarter, half or whole chicken. Your choice between white or dark meat. The portions are quite fair. The tres lèche dessert was delicious. The yellow sauce is amazing (you’ll thank me later). Atmosphere: B+ This place was very vibrant and illuminated. The images, photos and decor really highlighted and honored the Peruvian cuisine. I really like that. But the sitting arrangement and cafeteria style tables were a little bit of a turn off. Especially if you’re taking someone out or wanting to enjoy a nice meal with friends. Luv it! Wholesome, healthy, delicious, good portions, great value!!! Clean restaurant/clean bathroom - @ least the one in Wilson, NC. Bring all your family here. Great chicken dishes & lomo saltado is our fave. Try their homemade chi cha morada (its like a fruit punch non-alcoholic).

Very delicious chicken! The fries were some of the best I’ve ever had, and I don’t usually get fries. They were real potatoes. So good! I preferred the yellow sauce to the green. And the place was very clean! Highly recommend

First time having Alpaca - it very good. My wife got her l food before mine being she got the chicken I did get a cooked to order meal which took about 10-15 minutes longer. I asked for no fries on my meal ( Lomo Saltado ) they still put it which I had no complaints they gave me an extra side of rice I wanted instead. I also had a side of the plantains , black beans , add green beans - which were all good. All of the food was very fresh and “clean “ tasting . Would highly recommend and return .

Clean environment and good food. The cashier was super kind and gracious. The sauces are probably my favorite thing, the prices seem high so I got the daily special. The chicken was not dry and the veggies were fresh.
