Alpaca offers Peruvian Style AKA "Rotisserie" Chicken, with a wide range of sides. I always enjoy my time there. They have a few flat screens that normally carry local college teams! The Staff is very help with smiles all around! Also, if you download the App, you'll receive a free entree the first time! It's a win-win deal!
I absolutely love Alpaca!! The charcoal fired rotisserie chicken is always fresh, flavorful, and juicy. My go to order is a half chicken with yuca fries, and rice topped with beans. The sides are amazing!! The yuca fries, black beans, chicken soup, maduros (fried sweet plantains), and tostones (salty fried green plantains) are all WONDERFUL! They also have a spicy green sauce, a mustard/mayo yellow sauce, and fresh lime slivers to add even more flavor. I make a point to come here every time I'm in town. The staff are always helpful and the inside Peruvian decore is super cute. They always have awesome Latin music playing which is just the best. Would highly highly recommend!
I’m just not sure how pollo Saltado with no fries and a drink is over $15 It’s delicious but seriously? And the app sign up absolutely sucks. But I keep coming back. I want alpaca to be good but this is ridiculous.
I ordered to go. The food is always delicious. Im ordering maduros as a side and they are really good. This time when I was going to eat at home I realized that they put few beans for the rice. Is the first time. There were not enough beans for the rice. Next time I will check my to go order before I leave to be sure they put enough and a reasonable amount of beans, as they usually does.
My first time here, I ordered the quinoa salad, which was evidently a mistake. I can't speak to any of their other offerings, but this salad has brown, soggy lettuce and barely any quinoa.
