Alo Cafe

Stopped in for breakfast with my son. Great old school family run spot. Got a super friendly welcome as we arrived. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich with sausage and a side of potatoes. Soft (brioche?) bun held together well. My son enjoyed the basic two eggs and toast. Great , efficient and friendly service.

I usually skip breakfast, but thank God I didn’t today. This Pastrami & 3 egg burrito was worth every bite. No ingredient outshines the other and the chef’s NY origin shows in the pastrami. Great hot sauce as well, and portion size for this one are something to write home about. Good ambiance and service.

Cute cafe for breakfast or lunch! Nice little outdoor patio. The sandwiches were large and enjoyed by our table. Toast was thick and perfectly toasted. Bacon was crispy. My potatoes unfortunately were not cooked, but the rest of our table had fully cooked and they enjoyed them. They were very understaffed as a few employees had called out sick, but they still worked hard to get everyone everything they ordered in a reasonable time. Plenty of parking in a free lot.

Great classic cafe in Scottsdale! Came for a quick brunch, I got the Reuben on sourdough and it was flavorful and crispy (though I wished there was a bit more meat). My partner got the corned beef hash with over easy eggs which he loved. The price point is a bit high in my opinion, but it is Scottsdale so I won’t dock them for that. We will definitely be back!!
