We have found the best chilaquiles. My husband and I travel constantly and have both agreed these are the best chilaquiles we have ever had. Incredible flavor in their green and red sauces. Both were delicious. The tasajo meat was so soft and flavorful, it went perfectly with the chilaquiles. Don’t get me started on their cafe de olla and hot chocolate, both were amazing. And such a delicious mango dessert to finish off a perfect breakfast.

Living our dreams of Oaxacan food (especially mole & tlayuda) in the US. Alma Oaxaqueña is far better La Guelaguetza in every way: food, price, ambience, service, parking, and care. Rosanna was super welcoming and we loved our taquitos & Alma tlayuda. Seeing stacks of tlayuda tortilla for sale in the front as soon as we walked in pretty much said everything I needed to know how legit it’d be. It’s not a tourist trap, they’re not selling their mole by the jar, not a factory. Just really, really great food and hospitality. Thank you!!

The best mole & cafe de olla I’ve ever had! Let me tell you, everything on this menu is super delicious, with lots of depth and flavor. Not only that, the owners are very kind people who make the experience even better. Please drop by and give it a try sometime!

I love mole. By far, this is the best mole I had. Black mole was delicious. Just enough sweetness and spice. Perfect. Portion and price are very decent. It takes a while to get food but it's well worth it. You know it's fresh. Small location and there is parking. Next time, I'll try other dishes. Saw some clients eat amd they looks amazing

Loved my breakfast here! The owners came over as we were leaving to chat and could not be nicer. Definitely a spot to check out. I’ll be back. Plus there’s a lot out front with easy parking. I had the cafe de olla and memelas and my friend had chilaquiles. Everything was so delicious we forgot to snap pics. I sent her daughter in to get pics and she came back with these of the avocado tlayuda and chicken chilaquiles.
