The “Alma” empanadas are my favorite so I went ahead and got six, love the Malbec red wine after taste, the Ossobucco/Chorizo tasted like sweet Italian sausage with red peppers, was good, but still prefer the Almas steak onion pepper infusion Never had a Milanesa but it is basically a breaded chicken or steak, but the breading shows the Italian influence that it had in this country because I could taste the oregano and some other herbs that reminds me of a chicken Parmesan but a different style, I recommend getting a topping, in this case th

1/9/2026 I went here with my mom for the first time and tried the choripan with chimichurri sauce, russian salad, russian salad, alfajores, and mil hojas de dulce de leche. Everything was consistent, but the star of the night was the ducle de leche dessert we had. Majority of the menu was meat-based, with very few vegetarian options to choose from. The food we ordered was very authentic like the menu. I would definitely go back again soon.

One of my go to spots in the Oviedo area and my favorite empanadas. I come here just for the Milanesa napolitano though as it’s the best I’ve ever had! Nico was awesome and if you haven’t tried yet you need to check it out!

We’re from Miami and were craving some good grilled meat — but not the typical American BBQ or a big franchise. That’s when we discovered this hidden gem! The flavors are actually better than most Argentine restaurants back home in Miami. The chimichurri? Next level. The meat cuts and cooking temperatures were spot on, and the baked empanadas — especially the authentic Argentine one — were absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. Totally recommended any day of the week!

First time having Argentinian food and Alma’s did not disappoint. I ordered the Milanesa steak sandwich with potato salad. It was delicious! My husband had the three empanadas and he enjoyed them. We took no pictures because we were hungry and the food was so tasty! Nico was our server and he was friendly and able to tell us all about the delicious Alfajor cookies. We will be back to Alma’s!
