This bus garage is extremely unprofessional. I’ve constantly had issues with my son’s bus. I do exactly what they tell me have him outside on time (even early) and still get told there’s nothing they can do if he misses it. What’s the point of bus service if parents are expected to drive their kids anyway? On top of that, the staff are rude and dismissive. Every time I call or deal with them, it feels like I’m being brushed off with an attitude instead of actual help. Parents shouldn’t have to fight this hard for reliable, respectful transportation for their children
Get your substitutes together my son's bus was supposed to come at 7:04 AM NOT 6:50
Well I called to see if my thing is on the bus but it wasn't and they let someone stole from me and I'm not happy
