Went today to pick up my order and she decided to make me and the others whom were already waiting in line wait till she finished a conversation about remodeling! Such a joke and then got rude about it! The oxtail platter I got tasted rushed! Taste like they didn’t clean the meat or anything! Not mention expensive platter and only received 3 pieces! Used to be my go to now I’m going back to bamboo 🤷🏽‍♀️

This place truly delivered on flavor. The oxtails were rich and tender, and the jerk chicken had just the right balance of spice and seasoning. Everything tasted well prepared and satisfying. The portions felt fair for the price, and the overall experience left me very happy. I will absolutely be returning to enjoy it again.

Just get a large oxtail platter and side of jerk chicken because it might be the best you ever had and most of the reviews are true. The Jerk chicken has a perfect amount of spice and flavor and I knew from the pictures that it would be great because the darker the better and the oxtails are very dark and tender and with all the flavor in the world, it’s truly the best I’ve ever had

The nastiest food I have ever tasted. Was recommended to me over scotch bonnet and this place is a joke. Their Jerk chicken is not jerk at all, it’s regular chicken with barbecue sauce and ketchup, some sort of disgusting sweet mixture, the sauce is drowning the plate so the rice, mac and cheese, everything is coated in the sauce, portion sizes are terrible. $18 thrown in the garbage, will never eat here again. I’m from Westmoreland Jamaica, want something authentic go to scotch bonnet lmfao what a joke

I called in and prdered a small oxtail, I was told 16min I waited 35min before my arrival and it still wasnt done. I had to wait an unknown amount of time which ended up being an additional 15min and wait behind several ppl that also ordered on the phone who got their food before me. Accurate pickup times are essential for a good business even during rush hours.
