This food truck is a hidden gem! The flavors are bold, authentic, and absolutely satisfying. I tried the pad thai and green curry—both were incredibly fresh, perfectly spiced, and full of depth. You can tell they care about quality and getting the details right. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Easily one of the best Thai food spots around, truck or not. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving something real.

Update- 2025- New owner took over, this spot is even better than it was, and it was already good. I definitely recommend it. My wife and I frequently stop here, and a bonus is its OPEN and welcoming. This newer spot is so delicious. Thai owners and excellent Thai flavors mixed with local foods. If you in the area it’s a must stop. And they added a spacious seating area that’s comfy and cool. I strongly recommend the pork shoulder and eggplant tofu. Finally great Thai food in Haiku.

Hidden gem!! The best-best tom kha, best yellow curry. Its really so good

I got the Chicken Katsu, drove it home, and ate it. It filled the car with a really great smell. The chicken was moist, not dry. The breading wasn't overly done; nice and light. I would say probably the best katsu I have had. Their rice was fantastic: white fluffy short grain rice. It was light and soft - clearly these guys are rice fanatics! The service was great. Hard to complain about anything. I could even see the cook throw together dishes - very cool atmosphere. If I can think of anything that could be changed it is having a place for people to sit while waiting (though the wait is only 10 minutes or so and it is easy to stand and wait). Though, I noticed people just sat in their cars waiting until she called loudly their order. The dishes weren't overly sized, like most plate lunche
