They used to have a line out the door waiting to get in now they don't season the meat overcooked your meat almost burnt and there is nobody in line when you get there the place has really went down and I have been going there for years now I have to go to Stephanie barbecue cuz it's the second time in a row that they burnt my meat

I took my wife and in-laws out to eat here. The food was ok but my main problem here was the service. We waited quite sometime before our waitress even came over to take our drink order. We ordered a large pitcher of sangria for the table. The appetizers we ordered were the grilled octopus, garlic shrimp and garlic clams. We waited an hour just for our appetizers to arrive. I understand restaurants get busy but our waitress never checked in on us at all. We had to ask another waiter walking around to refill our sangria pitcher because our waitress never returned to our table. I purchased 3 trays of food. 1 of beef ribs with rice and fries, 1 of chicken with rice and fries and 1 of pork ribs with rice and fries. I paid a total of $69.31. It was to-go and when I arrived back home with the food, I found pieces of a wire brush used for cleaning the grills in their restaurant in my food. Specifically within the portion of rice and french fries of the trays. I took the food back to the establishment, showed them the food and the only one who acknowledged the error was one of the cooks who's named Maria. She showed me the brush, it was old and broken, she called out the other cook working with her and gave me the benefit of the doubt. Now the manager and cashier. I went to this establishment for the 1st time and was highly disappointed. I purchased the alleged whole tray of chicken and pork combo and only received a thigh, wing and leg.as far as the chicken goes. I mean honestly if that is the case... what is the difference with a 1/2 tray serving if you receive a 1/2 tray with a whole tray purchase. I will say the taste of the food was good but I still prefer honesty with my portion sizes. Valenca Restaurant is literally less than 5 mins from this establishment and they ALWAYS show you your food before you leave at least they are upfront about their portion sizes.

So my wife ordered from this place today, which she does often. She ordered a combo, half chicken, half pork ribs and a small salad. They said the total was $40. When my wife asked why it was so much more expensive the woman said well the small s a lad os 7 dollars and they now charge $5 dollars for delivery. My wife decided to ordet anyway. My wife then called back to ask them to send a menu with the order, the rude hispanic woman said "we dont have any". I arrived home a couple of minutes later and my wife told me what happened.
