I saw all the 5 star reviews about how welcoming and friendly everyone was, but I didn’t have that experience. The lady who took my order seemed annoyed that I was there, and with SO MANY local coffee options, I wasn’t wowed enough to come back soon. The coffee was good and reasonably priced, but first impressions…🙁 I do wish them success, may have just been an off day.
I have been going to Alexander’s since they’ve opened in Greenbrier. The owners are very helpful in making exactly what you want. They are will to attempt to make anything you’re thinking of! My go to is the ice cinnamon latte. I can’t go more than a day without one!!! The owners are super smart, successful, and easy to get along with! My fave in Greenbrier ☺️☕️
My initial visit was welcoming. The flavorful Sweeeeeet Caramel Toffee frappe was like a breath of fresh air. It didn't taste like other frappes in the area - others taste like ice after a few sips - NOT THIS ONE! Repeat, repeat and can you say repeat customer you have gained in me!
Very friendly, greeted me when I walked in the door. Huge selection of special coffees. If you are not satisfied with your coffee she will make you another one. Prices are reasonable, price comparable, maybe even better. I will definitely stop in there again. Can’t wait to get my hands on BMB Desserts and pastries. You have to get there a little after 9am to get your hands on them. They go fast. Welcome to Greenbrier.
I got myself a melonberry refresher and it is very flavorful. They have a lot of options for flavors and even suggest making our own combinations.
