Albert's Fresh Mexican Food

So. . . I send my grown son over here to Albert's to get lunch because I'm not feeling well. He ordered me what I wanted. . Two beef flauta plate, NOTHING on the flautas, guacamole ON THE SIDE, double beans, no rice. This is the mess they gave him. How the hell do you eat a mess like this? I don't feel well enough to go back and get a re-do. Plus, they didn't give him a receipt. Also, this and a burrito were $29

I gave them plenty of chances. Ordered different menu items. Amd every time they messed up my order. Half the time my fries are soggy, the roll tacos are soft and not even crunchy. This last time I ordered, I decided to skip the fries but got 1 for the wife, just got roll tacos which were soft, a carne asada taco was decent and a chicken taco. I order over the phone and when I got there I told them if the food was not done yet can they add guac to my chicken taco. She saod it was already made so I got a side order. We'll instead of checking the order like I used to before leaving , I get home only to find my chicken taco was not even in the bag. I called to ask if it was sitting in a separate bag, it was not even made yet. She offered me to come back but I was already home and wasn't goi

Worst chicken burrito I've had in 60 years, horrible, the precooked packaged chicken smells terrible, by any diffenation it's not a shreded chicken burrito,I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS CRAP

Albert’s is a local favorite with a great menu. Boasts a family friendly sit down area as you enjoy some amazing dishes. Wear your stretchy pants as you will need to roll yourself out. 😁 If you want to go big, try the quesadilla wrapped carne asada burrito.

Stopped by Albert’s for lunch this afternoon and had an amazing experience! The food was delicious as always, and the customer service was top-notch. Huge shoutout to Kimmy (red hair) who greeted us with a warm smile and made sure all our needs were taken care of, so friendly and attentive!
