So apparently Mr. Alan has suffered a heart attack last year. He has a team in place, but the entire team failed to let us know that there was going to be a delay in taxes or book keeping. I called and spoke with Kim several times and had to go to the office in person just for her to tell me that Mr. Alan had been out for months due to his heart condition. We received no communications. To top it off we haven't been able to file our taxes for 2024 yr and it's currently towards the end of May. Every time I speak with Kim, she is extremely rude and always sounds frustrated. When I ask her questions even if they are general basic questions...her response is "I Don't Know!", then it follows with a loud Sigh...If she is the face/voice of the Company while Mr. Alan is out then she needs to be m

Alan has always done a great job for our family with taxes and other business-related issues. He goes above and beyond in being helpful and has been responsive throughout the year when I've contacted his office with questions. His staff are also fabulous, helpful, and considerate. Highly recommend his office.

Alan has done great for my family and I in the past. It was a wrongful death and he took care of the filing for IRS purposes. Very professional and efficient. Took a load off of our plate. Highly recommended.
