Food was perfect, customer service was perfect, everything here was perfect. I would highly recommend stopping by for some food which you will not be disappointed with. Our server was very helpful with showing and explaining the menu. I had the Meat Shish Kabab (beef and lamb) which melted in your mouth with flavor. Same with the rice and vegetables everything had amazing taste to it. I also had a smoothie the server recommended which was amazing and packed with fruit. Ending it all off with some tea which was very flavorful and ended the tied the dinner up very well. If you’ve made it through this whole review you might as well stop in and see for yourself how good this place is!!!

I went to Aladdin with work colleagues in late February 2026. They were short-staffed. The service was very slow. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive after ordering and the restaurant was near empty. The woman taking our order was very nice and apologized for the slow service. It took the employee over 15 minutes to cycle our group through when we were attempting to pay and leave. Overall, we spent almost an hour and a half at the restaurant. The slow service wasn't ideal, but what was even less ideal was the price point of the dishes combined with the slower service. There are numerous options in the area that are 25-50% cheaper with faster service and equal or better food. That combination was the determinant for me.
