I have been searching for a provider like Alab SF for a while now. It was really important for me to know the source of the ingredients and that it was natural and organic. I also needed individual meals, prepared and ready to eat. Most other options required preparation and usually portioned for two or more people. I really appreciate the weekly variety and knowing I can always find something I like. I love that the food arrives in glass containers. Overall, this is a fantastic service and worth every penny when I compare it to the four other meal delivery providers I've tried in the past two years.
