Al Forno Neapolitan Wood Fire Pizza

I randomly picked Al Forno out from all the pizza places somewhat close to my hotel and I feel like divine intervention guided my choice. It's a great pizza! It's a small place, you can see the wood oven and see people making pizza when you walk in. I was given a friendly greeting, order taken (RUSTICA tomato sauce, mozzarella, meatballs, sausage, ricotta, parmesan cheese), and sat down to wait. About 10 minutes later I'm walking out with a perfectly cooked, beautiful pizza. Because I have no self control I grabbed a piece to eat in the parking lot... delicious! Perfect crispy crust, sauce, meatballs, sausage, and ricotta make a perfect marriage of flavor. All around fantastic pizza. This is one of the top best pizza in Miami!!🤌🤌🤌 Had the Pizza Puttanesca (pictured) - - almost done. Had to sit back and admire this amazing taste. The tomato sauce is not acidic, it tastes fresh and sits so well. I can't wait to come again. And also, to buy some <made in Italy> Pannetone when holidays seasons approach! *Chefs kiss

Okay so I didn't expect some of the best pizza I've had in Miami to come out of this place. This places is seriously underrated and unassuming. We ordered a classic Margherita and holy cow, the flavors and freshness of the ingredients combined with the slightly crisp crust and perfect amount of chewiness just created an absolutely amazing pizza. Keep up the great work guys! I'll definitely be ordering from here in the future.

I was thinking of where to cater for the Holiday Christmas party and I saw this pizzeria close by. I called the night before to place the large order and the gentleman who took my order was very pleasant and made sure that everything was made the way I requested. When I got to the pizzeria my order was coming out of the oven so extra bonus for the freshness and doing it exactly on time. When the food to the Office it was still piping hot and it was time for everybody to enjoy the Pizza The quality, freshness of the ingredients and taste we’re all great. The prices are also very reasonable. It’s nice to get back to a small business instead of the large chains and see that they don’t sacrifice quality for price.
