What an awesome family owned restaurant! Very friendly and helpful. Food was very yummy. The pulled pork nachos was tasty, crispy and came with extras on the side to pump it up. The sauce on the pasta was delicious. Highly recommend the wedge fries. It was super crispy and goes well with their home made sauces. Portions are large with lots of leftovers.

I loved this place. It’s a hidden gem. Food was amazing and atmosphere as well. The fries are fried in beef tallow. Fantastic! Congrats!

It feels like family! I have traveled across the world to eat, and today I felt the love, passion and dedication that the chef presented in all the dishes. The Chef and Owner Alan aka AJ, he made exquisite dishes from stuffed raviolis to pork prosciutto bread and delicately crafted mango martinis. He provided an unforgettable experience bringing dish after dish with passion and care and most of all attention to detail. AJ personally delivered every dish and explained the makings and where they originated from. This was an art and a passion I have not felt from any chef since culinary school. If you're ever in New Roc please come visit tell him hi and experience his passion of love through food! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience AJ! I am anticipating the next food experience.

What a great first time experience at AJ Berger’s what a hidden gem! Food was outrageous we had Cheese raviolis with homemade vodka sauce, the best I ever had, from Bugatti ie Arthur Avenue amazing! The young man that served us was incredibly sweet, attentive and professional! The owner even came over to us and acknowledged us and went above and beyond to make our dining experience top notch! he also recommended the most amazing desserts and homemade ice cream to die for, the Cannoli’s were so fresh so delicious! This place had great service and the owner kept coming over to make sure we were happy. Can't speak highly enough about this place. I will definitely be coming back again to try their famous burgers!
