Customer Reviews
The food was amazing and the portion sizes were perfect. The presentation and details to the dishes are top notch. This is a fusion restaurant so they did have some Venezuelan dishes available as well. The kids tenders were fresh. The drinks were amazing and just the right amount of alcohol. Service was great, we would definitely return to try other dishes!
This is a gem of a restaurant. The ceviche is fantastic. Empanadas great, fish and steak also wonderful. Staff are super friendly Highly recommend
The food was not great, no taste at all, the lomo saltado was very plain no flavor at all, I also had a Venezuelan dish beef shredded but the beef was salty, I am not coming back.
I really wanted to like this place. Today was my second time eating here. My wife was adamant about trying their food, so we took the 1 hour trip down to SoNo. I am not entirely sure this is a Peruvian restaurant. There is just no other way to say it. Either way, the food is pricey and simply “ok”. My wife ordered “pescado à la parrilla”. There was nothing grilled about this fish. It was definitely steamed. I ordered the Ribeye. I’ve had better for less. And what is it with restaurants applying gratuity automatically? Tips are a reflection of the overall experience, period. Blow us away and our tip will certainly reflect it. $155 for two: Two awful piña coladas (with ice? Cherry juice??) Stripped bass Ribeye steak with 7 fries. This last time was the last time.
When my friend recommended this spot I had my reservations. For starters what’s a Norwalk, I joke I joke. Nonetheless this establishment sits a busy strip with other local bars and restaurants. Upon our arrival the establishment was relatively empty with 2-3 guest. My concerns worsen. We were immediately sat down by a guy that sort of resembles Ricky Martin. He was cool and knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu. We ordered drinks and the main course. I got the lomo saltado, a Peruvian dish staple. The first bite, I was in love and all the flavors of the onions, fries, meat and tomatoes with the savory green sauce. Coñooo yum! Our waiter was incredibly patient with us as we sat and consumed our drinks passed 10PM. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is in town and want
