I reached out to Steve Panovich at Aion to pick up, then pack and ship a framed art-work from New York to San Francisco. Steve communicated with me clearly and timely for every step of this small but multi-step, multi-vendor job. Steve was conscientious in covering every detail w.r.t paper-work needed for artwork pickup, to sending me photos of the status of the art-work he picked up, to packing it up meticulously with the “just right” amount of protective layers and mechanism for safe transit with UPS. I ended up receiving a compact package with the artwork in perfect shape.
