Just enjoyed a lovely diner here. I’m not sure what was the better the service or the food. The meat for the fajitas was cooked to perfection. I loved the carne asada and the salsa that went with it was just so good. I can’t wait to come back !!! Pedro the manager made it even better. He was checking on all the tables to make sure everything was perfect. Can’t wait to come back!!

First off, this restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, the space is stunning and thoughtfully designed. The service was fantastic as well; the staff was attentive, friendly, and handled a packed house with great energy. The food was good, but I do think it has room to improve. Since it’s a new restaurant and it was incredibly busy when we visited, that may have impacted the depth of flavor and overall execution. That said, this place has so much potential. With a little refinement in the kitchen, it could truly be something special. I’m excited to see how it evolves!

We brought my mom here since she was visiting from out of town and we all loved it. We started with nachos and guac and I got a mezcal mule that was fabulous. My husband got brisket tacos which is his new fave. I got empanadas which is now mine. My mom got the creamy chicken enchiladas which she said was excellent. We shared the guava flan and tres leches which was a perfect dessert. Yum-o!

Hmmmmm. I really wanted to like this place. I know they just opened about two weeks ago. I ordered the two panko cod fish tacos (reminded me of Poquitos) with refried beans and rice $22.00 (ok) with a sangria $13.00 (yum) $45 total with tip - this is for one person Kind of expensive for my taste FYI - no Happy Hour offered

The new Agave in Bothell is outstanding! We had the mezcal, queso dip, carne asada, and steak salad—everything was incredible. The tile work and high-end ambiance create such a cool vibe. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the owner even stopped by to introduce himself. We’ll definitely be back!
