I was so delightfully surprised to find out that there was a home-based bakery so close to my home that regularly makes gluten-free AND vegan goods! Once we had our cookies (grain-free and vegan sprinkle surprise cookies) we were so happy that the quality was top-notch: great texture, good crumb, and fantastic taste. Also, the owner/baker was so responsive to messages and was kind enough to hold our order so that they would not be sold out by the time we were able to pick up.
Talented baker with healthy clean ingredients top priority.
