Adios Fajitas - Rockwall

I heard great things about Adios Fajitas from friends and wanted to check it out. I ordered in advance and picked up. My food was still hot when I got home 10 minutes later. First I have to say they have the BEST empanadas I've ever had. Buttery, flakey crust and rich well spiced and seasoned filling. Great jalapeño sauce on the side. I also got combo fajitas for 1 or 2. With the empanads I had enough food for three meals and a little snack. The meats were outstanding, all the sides were fresh. Can't wait to go back, I'll be dreaming about the empanadas in the meantime!

Whoa. I was not expecting this to be so good. I ordered the beef fajita (steak) salad with jalapeño ranch, and it was one of the better salads I’ve ever had. They actually cooked the steak properly (medium rare), and all the other ingredients were on point. I think I just found my new weekly go-to.

My first time to eat here, and have to admit I left very disappointed. I got the beef fajita burrito and I could literally count the few bites of meat that I got. Almost every bite was just beans and rice. When I did get a little taste of the fajita meat, it was great. But for the price of $15 plus tax for a burrito, I feel cheated. But ending on a happy note: The restaurant is bright and clean. The staff was extremely nice. And the salsa was addictive.

This place serves some of the best fajitas I have ever had, period. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, upbeat, and super nice! The portions are larger than expected, the flavors are exceptional, and the food quality is top tier. It is a bit higher than your standard fajitas, but it will spoil you and have you wanting more. Definity worth the trip, just plan on spending a bit more for the higher quality products!

Adios Fajitas is a local gem that can often get overlooked! The food is AMAZING, Nick and his staff are awesome. And Lance, their catering coordinator is the best I have worked with to date! They just catered our annual Awards Gala and everyone raved of how delicious the meal was! Not to mention - they have some DELICIOUS frozen margaritas- and that is coming from a Bourbon girl who doesn't like margaritas!
