Adelita's Mexican Cocina & Tequila

I now know where I will be dining at for Mexican food. No wait time. Restaurant is located in the Eastview mall and is spacious and has large comfortable booths and are designed for privacy. It offers a open concept plan in which patrons may enjoy the many interior decorations and sculptures available. Server was friendly professional and fast. I highly reccomend the pork cantina which comes with refried beans rice guacamole onion.Also the server asked if I'd like flour or corn shells. I opted for the corn which were served warm and were scrumptious. Chips are fresh warm and the salsa has the right amount of bite. I ordered a extra guacamole side for the chips .Guacamole was creamy delicious and a generous amount to dip the chips in. The beverage of choice was the cucumber jalopena cockta

Adelitas has become my new fave Mexican restaurant. I’ve only been a handful of times but everythIng has been good and the service is great too. I most recently went w a friend for a late lunch and had taquitos and then got take home a few days later. lol The coconut margarita (not on menu) was delicious. They forgot to hand me mine for take out and I actually drove back to get it because it was yummy the last time. When I got there to pick it up, they gave me two for my trouble and hand delivered it to my car. We also ordered street corn, fish tacos and bacon shrimp tacos (we split them to each taste so the picture shows them mixed in the container). Yum!

Adelita’s is the perfect place to stop for food and a drink when you finish shopping at Eastview Mall. I loved their chips and queso and spicy margarita! I also tried the stuffed jalapeños and they are delicious. The pineapple habanero sauce is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. Food always comes out fast and this place has a great atmosphere.

The food was atrocious, barely flavored, and clearly took minimal effort. The chips were stale, the salsa water, refried beans were slop and tasted like fish, the rice dry and flavorless, and the tacos don't come with any lettuce/sour cream/salsa/quac, just chopped onions. I asked for no cheese, as you can see in the photo, there's cheese all over the flautas. The final bill was $75 for 2 people with one dish and one drink each.

First time here and I highly recommend. Food was delicious as well as I got the Oreo fried ice cream. Omgosh, heaven in a bowl. The decor was cool, I Loved the barrel lights. Looking forward to us going back.
