Constantly forgetting pieces of my orders and you can't call them to correct it. Im done eating here they charge you for what you ordered and always miss putting atleast 1 thing in the bag. I understand sometimes people forget but I was the 1st person of the day and it still happened.
We are relatively new to Parma and stopped by for a some cold treats! Service was great and the young lady working was friendly! Definitely will stop by again!
Great prices and great ice cream. This place is incredibly clean and a hidden gem in Parma. The ice cream is super creamy and not watered down. The food specials are great too. Will be going back again and again
My card had declined by a dollar and they offered my daughters food in front of her face to the others who had spent money there and now she’s crying.. couldn’t even respect me enough to wait for my 4 year old to leave and just have her burger and fry away…. Never will buy from here again highly rude in my opinion.
The owner here was a really nice guy. The ice cream was outstanding and I recommend list place highly
