Adam's Bagels Cafe & Deli - River Vale

I’m a regular customer, but today was a very bad experience. I saw bagels fall on the floor and the staff picked them up and put them back to sell to me. There were three employees and no one stopped it. This is completely unacceptable. If this happens in front of customers, I can’t imagine what happens in the kitchen. Very disappointing.

Did ownership change hands here ? Bagels on 1/28 were totally different, dense and not good, they were not the usual big doughy bagels. Also the everything bagels now have oats on them ? Please stop that.

$7.45 for one bagel with cream cheese. For that amount of money I was at least expecting a thick smear of cream cheese, but there was not much at all, some parts of the bagel barely even had any. Absolute rip off.

Good bagels but often times when I ask for the bagels to be toasted, they tend to over do it like the picture. They redo it for you if you catch it and ask. Not the first time… make sure to check before you take home..

BEST BAGELS EVER. i’ve tried many bagel places this is the one i always come back to i love it here the workers are so nice and the bagels are perfection they’re consistently amazing
