Adalberto's Méxican Food Restaurant

So I’ve been coming here for years and the food is amazing but the customer service Is ridiculous!!! I literally have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years!!! And this young girl that works in the drive-through is always very rude and disrespectful!!! Today I went and got my burrito paid for extra hot sauce, and she did not put the extra hot sauce in the bag!!! And charge me extra for it!!! Every time I go through the drive-through in the morning, she’s always in a bad mood and always seems like she Does not like to talk to people!!! I feel like if she does not want to be in the drive-through maybe she should be cooking on the grill or something because customer service is very important when you’re running a restaurant or any type of establishment!!! Service was fine. Place was clean inside. Got my burrito pretty quick. But it wasn't good. Got the California burrito. Fries were maybe halfway cooked. Cheese not melted. For the price this burrito should have been better. Albertos is 10 times better.

We came here because we were just passing through town and it was one of the only places we could find that was open late . The food here was pretty good. I did ask for melted cheese on my nachos, and the girl behind the counter said no, without any kind of explanation. I ordered them anyways and they were good. The rolled tacos were fine as well, next time, I would try beef rather than chicken. They were very generous with the sour cream and sauce that came on the side was nice and not overly spiced. This is a very small restaurant, and there were about eight or nine employees behind the counter. I’m pretty sure they were all cleaning because this place was spotless. Igor into the restaurant and order a burrito! The sign clearly states for a super burrito any meat all ingredients for one price! I ordered a shredded chicken , all of a sudden guacamole is extra! I ordered the one super burrito that doesn’t include it! I explained what the sigh says! I had to pay 1.50 more! Upon leaving the staff was laughing at me! This. Happened 9-26-2025 at 3:30! I used to go there all of the time when I lived in Stockton! I call the other place with the same name and they told me they include guacamole with all of their super burritos! So I won’t be going there ever again! I used to live around that restaurant! I wish I could talk to the owner! People go to the other restaurant with the same name close to the mall! The burrito was better than expected!

Food is good but staff could be better. The ladies that work the counter and drive thru are always rude and never make sure everything is in the bag. Shift managers are useless because they’re rude and will turn their back when you talk to them. Need better employees.
