Acqua Bistecca

We enjoyed an evening of fine dining at Acqua Bistecca. The restaurant is gorgeous and has an outdoor lanai overlooking the water. Service was very good and professional. Cocktails were outstanding, and our table opted for the “Experience Menu” which included 14 different dishes. The variety was diverse and delicious with the kitchen providing portions that were good sized, which gave us a great tasting of each and every dish. Acqua Bistecca is a great addition to the restaurant scene in Bonita Springs and Estero.

Great new place in the area. Had a fun evening with a sunset dinner sitting in the covered lanai. Service is still new and learning. Seemed like too many people servicing the customers. Was surprised some were wearing jeans given the expense of the experience, but I’m sure they’ll dial it in soon enough. Food was very good. Following our dinner everyone spoke very positively of their meals. I had the Calamari appetizer and the linguine with mussels. I felt both were very rich and heavy with a lot of excess oil which sat in my stomach a little too much. The linguini was made with A LOT of butter but tasted very good. See pic. Ultimately with meals and some drinks for two with tip bill was $250.

I tried this new place and really loved it. The style is beautiful, the food is amazing, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Everything was very flavorful and well done. The terrace view is stunning, especially at sunset. I’ll definitely come back. Special thanks to Luca, very kind and welcoming.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Service was impeccable. Valet was fast. Food was magical. We tried the red snapper, the squash Parmesan, and two incredible deserts, one with lemon and the other was the tiramisu plus several drinks. Everything was presented artistically and we enjoyed every moment. I made a social media post about how wonderful it was on Facebook and Instagram. Bonita springs is grateful for the addition! Thank you! We will be back. I will certainly be celebrating some real estate closings here with my clients!

Terrific service, great ambiance and delicious food! We had the focaccia bread, calamari and oysters for appetizers then sword fish, steak and lasagna to share… potatoes and broccolini were the sides! Oysters and lasagna were out of this world…. Everything else was a close 2nd!!!! We’ll be back!
