Accelerator Cafe

This is such a cool place! It's a cafe as well as a space where the owner holds classes to teach young children which I think is an excellent cause. It works out perfectly because after the kids are done with class, they can go right next door and enjoy some delicious and healthy food. The air fried veggie dumplings were amazing and all of their boba teas were delicious. If you have a sweet tooth then definitely try the Ice Scream Bomb

My family and I were walking in downtown Medford and stopped in our tracks when we say a sign that read “peanut free facility”. As parents of a daughter with a severe nut allergy we were instantly intrigued and went inside. The family was so inviting and took their time to answer all of our allergy related questions. Long story short, it may have been our daughters 3rd time ever walking into a food establishment with the ability to order anything off of the menu and feel completely safe doing so. It also doesn’t hurt that the ice cream was amazing! We will be going back soon to try some of the freshly prepared hot food items and well as other desserts. Glad we happened upon this gem!

We really enjoyed trying Accelerator Cafe for the first time today! Their air fried pork dumplings tasted great and are a healthier option as opposed to being deep fried, and the Mac and cheese was really good. The boba flavors are cool because you can mix and match them. We’ll be back!!

Pleasantly surprised to have stopped in for a late afternoon lunch/snack. Dumplings were made in-house to our surprise and satisfaction! Spring rolls were hot and crispy with a sweet chili dipping sauce. We would come again for both. Unexpected Asian nosh in a unexpected downtown area.

The owner and her daughter were awesome! Very polite and welcoming. Was easy to carry a conversation with as we spoke for at 10 mins before I ordered lol. Also on another note, they use fresh and real ingredients in their drinks and make their ice creams homemade versus what other businesses use to control what's put in to the consumer’s products. Also very health conscious. Will be back, and don't mind spending my hard-earned money their.
