Abruzzo's Pizza @ Carolina Forest

This was a real treat!!! The pizza crust was hand tossed and it was so fun to watch him toss it. These were the biggest and most delicious pizzas I've ever had! Calzones and wings were also amazing! True pizzeria style! I highly recommend visiting Abruzzo if you're in the area!

Amazing Food and Atmosphere! They greeted at the door with smiles and the fresh aroma of Italian greatness! If you love Italian food you don’t want to miss out! Even my twin sons said this place needs 5 ⭐️ Stars! The owner even introduced himself and checked on us to see how are dinning experience was, he was very pleasant and runs an amazing local family friendly restaurant. Thank you for such a great family experience.

I absolutely love this place. We've gotten pizza to go several times from here & their other location but we decided to sit down inside to eat. It was very enjoyable. They have a menu full of options, the food was so hot and fresh, they even had someone to bring us our food, plates, etc. The inside isn't huge but still very accommodating. There is also a outside seating area. Was a great experience and can't wait to go back

My work bought us pizza on (around, no guarantee that was the date as I clearly reviewed this long after the event) March 6th, today is the first day I’ve had time to actually review this. Pictures pretty much say it all. There was hair IN the pizza. There wasn’t even a way to pull it out because it was literally baked into the crust. Would not recommend, will not eat pizza from there if work buys from them again and will not be going there on my personal time. There are literally dozens of pizza places in this town with similar styles of pizza where I won’t have to worry about ingesting some random person’s hair and god knows what else.

I’ve been here several times and the food has always been good. However, during my most recent visit, I was very disappointed. A male employee was handling pizza toppings without gloves. He left his station, touched the doors, exited the restaurant, and when he returned, he did not wash his hands. He then touched door handles, his face, and his pants before continuing to handle the toppings. This was extremely concerning and unsanitary.
