A Village Bed & Breakfast

I loved the experience of staying in a charming home where I could have a spacious and comfortable bedroom for privacy and also enjoy a living room for conversation with my friend in the evening. I could walk to restaurants, boutiques and parks and to the MBTA train stop within 5 minutes. |It was easy to navigate the transportation system within Boston and surrounding areas using both Uber or MBTA.|Finally, Claudia is an outstanding hostess who lives on site, to ensure an exceptional experience. The breakfast menu offers an array of delicious food options and the opportunity to meet people from international/national homes who are traveling for business or pleasure. |I definitely will return. The Village Bed & Breakfast located in Newton, MA is in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The large house is spacious and cozy at the same time. It has all the amenities that you will need. My bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed with a comfortable mattress. It is spacious with a closet and drawers for clothing and more than enough towels. A clean bathroom with a tub and shower is just down the hall. |A daily breakfast is served in the dining room with a large selection of food including cereal, eggs, fruit, cheese, a variety of breads and fresh bakery - plus more. The location is close to shops, restaurants and the T system. Claudia is a fantastic host and made me feel right at home. She is very kind and hospitable. I highly recommend this B & B and hope I can return some day.

We really enjoyed the B&B and chatting with Claudia. Turns out, we grew up in the same area! Small world. The house was meticulously clean. Our suite was spacious and comfortable with a screened in porch. Claudia served a great breakfast and informed us about the green line, which was close by and very convenient to get into Boston. The house is just steps away from quaint shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this reasonably priced B&B as an alternative to staying in Boston. Thanks so much for sharing your home, Claudia!

Our hostess, Claudia, was very pleasant and engaging. The B&B was well situated for our Boston area visit. There are a few nice restaurants and shops around the corner. Our fellow breakfast guests were quite interesting. The only issue we had was that our off-street parking spot in the driveway was under a huge, drooping hydrangea so we were drenched by the rain getting in and out of our rental car.

Location so lovely making the 7.5 mile drive into Boston for sightseeing well worth it. We enjoyed the town and the house so much. |Owner Claudia terrific and helper Caitlyn fabulous. She even helped us get our heavy bags up the stairs. House so beautiful and relaxing.
