A Touch Of Italy

Just went in to get two slices , gave me dirty looks and my boyfriend as well. Mind you I’m an ex employee and still I purchase food from them. The didn’t even warm up my pizza fully , it was in the oven for ab 2 minutes and its ice cold to the touch. If looks could kill id be dead the way the three employees at the front counter looked at us . Very poor customer service skills . Please do better !

The pizza here is okay and I’ve got a soft spot for their chicken parm heros. It's definitely a local staple in Baldwin. That said, I do have some mixed feelings about their pricing. While the food is solid, I can’t help but feel like the prices aren’t totally justified. For instance, they charge $1 extra for marinara sauce, and another $1 for a small cup of parmesan cheese to go. Why pay for something I could easily grab off the table for free when I'm dining in? It feels a bit nickel-and-dime-y. The fries are good, but again, I’m left questioning if the $6 price for the portion size is really worth it. Overall, A Little Touch of Italy has good food and it’s a convenient spot, but the pricing strategy doesn’t sit quite right with me. It’s definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to fo

I was very disappointed and confused on how the price online verse the price in person are not the same. I spoke with management and it felt like they were making an excuse ! Do not go off of the price on the website. Also, they did not tell you the price you had to ask for it which doesn’t make any sense !?! Two plates of pasta and mozzarella should not 60$ cost that much! Again, I repeat make sure you ask because the price online is not the same in store. I was over for the three dishes.
