My wife and I stopped into A Bite of Maine and were blown away by how good everything was. We ordered the Connecticut lobster rolls, and they were absolutely delicious—perfectly warm, buttery, and packed with fresh lobster. It’s rare to find rolls that taste this authentic outside of New England, but these easily rival the ones we’ve had on our trips through Connecticut and Rhode Island. We also tried the shrimp platter, which was just as impressive. Everything was cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and served hot. And we have to mention the crab roll—it was so delicious, sweet, and fresh that it quickly became one of our favorites of the entire meal. Found this gem and love it!! Susan was amazing! Her customer service is outstanding! She knows how to explain the menu and answer all questions. She let us sample the chowder and we bought a qt! Best chowder in VB! Food was exceptional. We will be back!

My boyfriend and I went here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We will definitely be returning customers! The lobster rolls were loaded up with lobster meat and the flavor was simple and delicious! You can tell this place is a staple in the community as it was plenty busy, even for a late Sunday afternoon. Service was quick and the staff were super friendly as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to fulfill their lobster roll cravings, or for those who are just wanting to try something new.

Tried this place for lunch while visiting VB and it didn’t disappoint. We had lobster rolls, haddock and chips, and haddock bites and fries. Great taste and food was fresh, serving portions were good too. The guy who took our order was very friendly and gave us great suggestions.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Crab sandwich taste like water, absolutely no seasoning and watered down with something like sour lemon. I took one bite and couldn't finish it. They said they would not give a refund either. I will Never bee coming back here. It used to be good when they first opened, now it hit or miss but mostly miss!
