9th Street Deli

I’m a regular and love most everything I have had so far. Today I ordered the wedding soup which states: clear broth, small meatballs, and pasta… what I received is literally chicken noodle soup with small bits of sausage. There is eggs, chicken and loads of noodles. Still good, but not a traditional wedding soup, not at all what I expected.

9th Street Deli. What a sandwich shop! They really bring the competition to town with their own mom and pop style shop. It has a deli style atmosphere in a restaurant setting. 5/5 for sure. Also, I recommend the steak and egg breakfast sandwich or sub. ;)

I come to eat here semi regularly, and I gotta say it makes for a nice lunch stop. The staff are friendly, the seating is easy, and the food is fresh and delicious. It's a very casual place where I meet family on lunch to just chat and destress for 30-50 minutes at a time. We've never been asked to leave even after staying a bit after finishing our food. Frankly I think this is probably my favorite plave to eat in Indiana. Fast, good food with a casual if bustling atmosphere.

What lovely little joint! I loved seeing so many people working (something that is super rare in restaurants today)and Josh, the guy that served me was very polite, knowledgeable and I absolutely loved how the staff were very friendly. You don't get that kind of treatment in restaurants these days! The place is very clean and I love that they have both outside and inside seating. They also have a whole bunch of snacks so there's definetly something for everybody! As it was my first time ever entering this place I enjoyed my Italian white sub. Very fresh and filling. Will return to try the other food but definitely a lovely place for you to stop and have a snack or a full blown meal. Highly recommend! 👍🏻

This place makes you feel like you’ve been tossed 40+ years into the past in the best way possible. The food is great and they even have gluten free bread options!
