Customer Reviews
It's a real head scratcher when the cook sends out a really nice plate of fried seafood, next to sad, anorexic, over fried fries... I only get them for the potato and ketchup. That's why I can't quite give the food 5 ⭐ yet. The service was EXCELLENT I wish I knew the waiters name so thanks to the waiter with the tattoos, short ponytail and great personality. He deserves 5 ⭐ on his own. And thanks to the lovely group of ladies who graciously let me take a photo of the Worcester sign above them. Great atmosphere, music and clean ladies room. I plan to go back because there are at least 4 menu items I fully intend to eat no matter how much my scale criticizes me.
Had the chicken pot pie. More chicken than vegetables. Very very hot. Had a class of merlot. Service was fine.
Did take out. Always great pick up service even when it is cold or snowing. French Dip sandwich was excellent. Good portion
Moved back to MA and was looking forward to eating here again (great childhood memories), but I will not be spending my money with them in 2026 or ever again. My last experience here was so rude over an incorrect order, and I had to contact Uber to get my money back. These places are crude and rude, but definitely check them out if you have low standards and like kitchens that open up a lot of plastic bags for dishes. Grocery stores in the area offer better hot food.
I have celiac disease and have always had a positive experience eating here. They offer several menu options gluten-free as well as a gluten-free bun. Would love it if they could add at least one gluten-free appetizer. They do offer free popcorn.
