900 Degrees Brick Oven Pizza

We visited for the first time since the new ownership took over, and we were genuinely impressed. The food was outstanding. We each ordered a pasta dish and shared a small pizza, which was absolutely delicious. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, so we ended up with leftovers, which I am looking forward to enjoying for lunch today. The updated pasta combinations on the menu are a great addition, and my wife especially loved the new options. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. We will definitely be back.

You guys if you have not had 900 degree pizza then get down here now!!! It was absolutely one of the best pizza’s I have had in this side of VA. Ken and Viva were sooo welcoming and helpful and allowed me to create my own pizza!!! If was Greg hot and everything just right! He has 2 options brick I w for New York style. In addition there were so much more in the menu, but I had to save those for next time ! I did leave a little room for the best carrot cake I had in a long time! It was light fluffy and refreshing and just topped soo well after the pizza that I suggested it to the next table and they brought 2 slices to go! Hands down, 900 Degrees has the best pizza in the area. The crust is perfection—so much so that we love buying their dough to recreate the magic at home! It’s clear the owner and chef take immense pride in their craft, going the extra mile to source only the highest quality ingredients. We feel incredibly lucky to have such an exceptional local shop in our neighborhood.

If this is extra cheese, I’d hate to see how little cheese goes on a regular pie. This is my normal order and the lack of “extra cheese” is consistent over several orders. The old owners understood the assignment, these guys don’t. Save your “extra cheese” money for elsewhere.

Pizza was good. Better than most in the area. I would like to see it a bit more well done / crispy (I will make sure I note that on my next order). It took a little while for our pizza to be ready. We preordered ahead of time and I waited for bit. With it being the Super Bowl we knew they would be busy.
