7 Brew Coffee

Went there today with my sister for the friendship bracelets. We got there anout 6:45ish and was told bracelets were going out at 7am on the dot. Okay that's fine. I got the strawberry dipped cold brew, and it was the worst tasting cold brew I have ever had. We went thru the line again at 7am and ordered two drinks for our parents and got one bracelet. When I brought up how I did not like the taste of the cold brew as it tasted way too watered down. I was told they dont remake/exchange any drink unless it taste bad/expired. I would assume watered down cold brew would be in that category but the purple haired girl was not willing to budge so we just got the two drinks. Absolutely the best place in the whole wide world! I have not been back to my normal coffee spot since 7 brew in temple tx opened . We can sometimes go thru here 3x a day. Every one knows our name . They are so friendly , knowledgeable, kind and straight out the best. This team at this location could not be any better. I have never been to a place where I can pull ul and they know what I am going to order. I love me some 7 brew , the crew and the drinks ! I so badly want to love it, but the inconsistency in my drinks continues to leave me disappointed. My drinks almost never taste like coffee and are super light in color. When I order an extra shot the shade and taste is no different. The times that I have asked about my drink being wrong they don’t offer to remake it but instead tell me that it was made correctly. I hate to say it but I will be taking my business elsewhere because I don’t enjoy being treated like an inconvenience when asking what I paid for.
