7 Brew Coffee

Was great when it opened up, but recently my drinks have had 80% ice and 20% product. I asked for light ice the next time and I got 75% ice and told them I ordered light ice, the girl went back and told the barista which they told her it was light ice and refused to fix my drink or even apologize. Definitely going to scooters if I want a refreshing beverage from now on.

The drinks are great! The staff is also amazing. The only thing is they dont mark the cups I have allergies and it made me very nervous to not see that on the drink. Other than that. Perfect!

The only guy on duty with the feather hair cut laughed when I said I’ll be leaving a review after we pull up to the window and our drink is sitting there and no one comes up to hand it to us and make eye contact with him and he goes “is that one yours” and we reply yeah pretty sure we’ve been waiting 15 minutes and he goes “ oh yeah, sorry about that wait” and I reply it’s okay you’ll hear about it on a review and he quite literally scoffed at us, their new worker wasn’t able to keep orders in order and if he’s the manager he should be on top of that watching her and training her to prevent theses issues, she had walked past us and gave orders to multiple cars who had to drive around those in front of them. Love 7B. I will drive across town to get a drink. I was informed there will be a new location up at Dawley farms. So excited. All staff is always energetic n love to help. They are out there when it's Hot or rain.. they have coffee, lemonade, energy n the new sparkling soda... the mixes are endless. There's awesome deals that pop up n of course your points add up quick.

Had an amazing experience at 7th brew today. My coffee blonde drink was amazing. Along with my other smoothie drinks I ordered. Friendly staff who took my order. I meet Jenna and she was so welcoming and kind!! Highly recommend!
