7 Brew Coffee

The young lady taking orders in line was chatting it up with the car in front of me while I waited 11 minutes in line only to have my coffee come out iced instead of hot. It took almost 20 minutes in a drive through for a coffee & a pretty bagged muffin top. And I wasn't impressed with the quality of my latte.

Took 20 minutes to get a drink when I was third in line. I didn’t tip when I ordered and they made sure people who ordered after me (multiple drinks when I only had one) got their drinks before me. My baby was screaming in the car and I had my window down so I know they could hear him. So disappointed as I love 7brew and have supported them for years but I will not return to this location

7 Brew is such a fun and lively coffee shop! The workers interact with each customer in a very kind way. So many different coffee options! Their drinks are so smooth and delicious each time!

Don't show up between 6:45am - 7:15am during the weekdays unless you have a spare 15 minutes to burn. Obviously that's when "the rush" happens, but the unmotivated gen z aged workers have no hustle, especially when BOTH lines are wrapped behind the building. With a wait that long, kinda defeats the purpose of a drive thru only coffee place. I've had to leave the line multiple times in order to avoid being late to work, despite arriving at a reasonable time. Don't know why this location struggles while the two others I been to seem to handle the line just fine. I will say, I do enjoy 7 Brew as a whole and haven't had any issues during nonpeak hours. reason for edit: spelling

I love 7 brew, but they take their time when it comes to getting these coffees out! I left the house an hour before my doctors appointment down the street from the location and sat in their line for 30 MINUTES. Causing me to have to now hurry and find a parking spot, and hopefully run in my appointment without being rescheduled!!!
