The employees at this location are so blatantly rude and unkind that it’s not even funny. I don’t know where they get off treating people like that, but kindness is literally free. I usually get a new employee each time and they never fail to be rude to me. I always greet them with a smile, my drink order isn’t complicated, and I always leave a tip. Even when they are nasty toward me. So what is the deal with this location? Why is every employee so miserable and taking their frustrations out on a paying customer?

I have been coming here for almost a year and it was a great start but I don't know what happened. My drinks are chillers so they are supposed to be like Fraps for my coffee and like a slushie for my energy chiller but every single time they are liquidy and they are not supposed to be. I might as well have gotten it iced. I'm tired of spending over 8 dollars with tip to get this crap. I went to the one in Greenwood and they were Amazing! I'm done coming here for this to be like this and then when I ask for it to be remade there's attitude. Pictures attached is supposed to be a chiller. I think not.

I had the RUDEST girl (long brown curly hair with glasses) take my order this morning. I greeted her politely and she immediately said what do you want? A simple hello or good morning would have sufficed. If you hate your job so much, get a new one that doesn’t require you to have a personality. After taking my order she shoved her iPad through my car window, barely gave me time to select a tip amount and hit finish before yanking the iPad away and shoving the card reader at me. I’m someone who believes in tipping even when the individual is undeserving. She needs a serious attitude adjustment and more training in customer service. Having her be the first impression of Plainfield 7 Brew is a big mistake. She’s going to drive away your customers and send them down the road to Starbucks.

I recently went through the line and wanted a holiday drink with a dairy alternative. A young employee named Jerry recommended me the Santa’s Cookie Mocha with oat milk and I enjoyed it. He was very helpful and offered me more recommendations for when I come back. The line moved quickly and all of the staff were great!
