7 Brew Coffee

I’m confused. Why do they make the line go so fast if they just give burnt espresso shots? What do I have to say to get not burnt espresso? Is there a phrase? I know they pull the shots and just sit them on the bar. Second, they will do anything to make the line go fast at the expense of the customers happiness. I’ve watched them talk over my mom in a rush to end the transaction every single time I’ve come. And when I ask for a second to read the flavor menu and decide, they try to force me into a recommendation. Barista to barista, I recommend everyone take a deep breath and remember you are impacting each customer. Share some kindness, take actual care when making an order. It’s a shame how easily you throw customer service and basic etiquette out the window to speed up a line.

I stopped in with my grandkids for a quick energy boost and wow, you did not disappoint. I love that I am able to get my coffee and everyone else can get their energy drinks all in one stop. Meila made some great recommendations for us to try!

Coffee was amazing. Always consistently great. The service is always top notch! The girls there are all so sweet and always have recommendations for me. Should out to Meila for always suggesting something great! She is such a great asset to the team!

This was my first time trying 7brew and it did not disappoint!! The two ladies who serviced me were absolutely the sweetest!! I told one of the ladies that it was my friend’s wedding month and I wanted to surprise her with a drink. When she brought the drinks out, she had written “happy wedding month” on the cups and it was the absolute cherry on top!!! I wish I would have gotten your name, but thank you so much for making my friend’s wedding month so much more special!! <3 and the drinks were amazing as well!!

I've been in a few times to grab a drink to help fuel the day. Each time I've been in, an employee named Meila has taken my order. All smiles and she just radiates positivity and goodness! I walk out the door and that energy stays with me! Thanks for the incredible service and atmosphere! It brings me back!
